Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping is free on all orders over £50.
For orders of £50 or less, shipping costs are:
United Kingdom: £5.50
Africa: £6.50
European Union: £7.50
USA and the Americas: £9.50
Middle East: £9.50
Australia and the Far East: £11.50
Delivery times
Orders are sent from Tanzania to every destination. Please allow 21 days for delivery.
This is an estimate. Customs checks and local postal services can cause delays that are outside our control.
Customs and import charges
Orders are posted from Tanzania. Some countries charge import duty or tax on parcels from abroad. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and are paid by the person receiving the parcel. They are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Returns
You can return any product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund of the product price.
Products must be unopened and in their original condition.
You pay the cost of return postage, unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
We recommend a tracked postal service, as we cannot refund parcels that do not reach us.
To return an order, email clil.botanicals@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you the return address.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. The original shipping cost is refunded only if the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, email clil.botanicals@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number and a photograph. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping.
