These terms apply when you use this website or buy from us. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to them.

Our products
Our products are made from natural ingredients. Colour, scent and texture can vary a little from one batch to the next, and from the photographs on this site.
The full ingredients are listed on every product page. If you have an allergy, check the list before you buy. If you have sensitive skin, try a little on the inside of your arm first.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling.
The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order, plus shipping where it applies.
Payment is taken by card when you order and is processed securely by Stripe.
If we find an obvious mistake in a price, we will contact you before we send anything. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Your order
When you place an order we send you an email to confirm we have received it. The sale is agreed when we send your order.
We may be unable to accept an order, for example if a product is out of stock. If so, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide from Tanzania. Please allow 21 days for delivery. This is an estimate, and customs checks and local postal services can cause delays outside our control.
Some countries charge import duty or tax on parcels from abroad. These charges are paid by the person receiving the parcel and are not included in our prices.

Returns and refunds
You can return any unopened product within 30 days of receiving it for a refund of the product price. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
Our Shipping & Returns page explains how to return an order. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Using this website
The text, photographs, logo and designs on this site belong to Clil Botanicals. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking us first.
We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, and we may change or remove content at any time.
The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for what they contain.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that could not have been foreseen, or for delays caused by events outside our control.
We sell our products for personal use. We are not responsible for business losses.
We do not limit our responsibility where the law does not allow it. This includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, and your legal rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this page on the day you place it.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in another country, you also keep any consumer protection that the law of your own country gives you.
